Eligibility for Returns

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance, sound quality, or fit.
Returns are accepted only in case of the following issues:

2. Product not working (defective on arrival)

Return & Refund Process

If your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
Pack the product securely, attach the label, and hand it over for free pickup.
Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, a refund will be initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
