Return & Refund Policy
At Inear, we want you to have a smooth and hassle-free experience with our products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, weβre here to help.
1. When can you request a return?
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- Wrong Product Received β You received a different product from the one you ordered.
- Product Not Working β The product is defective or completely non-functional when received.
- Product Fully Damaged or Broken β The product is received in a fully damaged or broken condition, and the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit or due to an issue from our side.
We do not accept returns simply because you do not like the product or because of personal preferences related to its appearance, sound quality, fit, comfort, or overall experience.
2. Report the Issue Within 48 Hours
Please report any damage, defect, or wrong-product issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Unboxing Video Is Required
For damaged or defective products, we require a clear and continuous unboxing video. The video should start before opening the package and clearly show the package, the product, and the issue found after opening it. This helps us verify that the product was received in the reported condition and that the damage was not caused after delivery.
4. Return & Quality Check
For orders placed through the Inear website, we will arrange the return shipment/pickup from our side within 7 days from the date of purchase, wherever applicable.
If the return request falls outside the 7-day period from the date of purchase, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse at their own expense.
Once we receive the product, our Quality Team will inspect and verify it. The return or refund will be approved only after the product has been successfully checked and the reported issue is confirmed.
Refund Process
A refund will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully verified by our Quality Team.
- For Prepaid Orders, the approved refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
- For COD Orders, the approved refund will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer.
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the processing time of the respective payment service provider or bank.
Important Points
- Please return the product along with all the accessories and components received with the order.
- Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, tampering, or improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- Providing an unboxing video does not automatically guarantee approval of a return or refund. The final decision will be based on our Quality Team's verification.
- Depending on the issue and verification, Inear may provide a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
