Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing is subject to successful COD verification, where applicable. For prepaid orders, processing begins after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location, logistics partner, weather conditions, operational delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Attempts
Customers are requested to remain available at the registered delivery address and cooperate with the delivery partner.
Tracking
Tracking details may be provided through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Damaged Shipment
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record the condition of the package and provide a clear unboxing video before opening or handling the product.
